The video opens with the text Episode 23: Frater Gets A Visit over a black screen while footsteps are heard as Spöksonat begins playing. The camera pans up from the black to reveal the doors of the Ministry offices opening on their own. It is night time and all the lights are off. The footsteps continue as the camera pushes through the doorway, we are now in the POV of the person walking as they come into the Ministry's entryway where a table is seen with a bouquet surrounded by the stuffed Cardinal Copia dolls. The camera continues past the table to the spiral staircase beyond and makes it's way up the stairs in the dark.

As the camera reaches the top of the stairs, it cuts away to show Frater Copia sleeping on a settee with his jacket spread over him. One let is propped on the arm while the other dangles off the side as the settee is comically small to be napping in. Unlike the entrance and stairway, Copia's office is lit in a warm glow bathing everything in golden light.

The camera cuts back to the door of the office, this time from the inside. A blue spectral leg with black tights and heels pokes through the open door with a feminine voice calls out "Yoo hoo"

This jerks Frater Copia awake as he sits up on the settee and stares at the door.

The feminine voice laughs, and the specter jumps playfully out from behind the door to reveal Sister as she appeared when she was younger.

"I'm just kidding, son." She says as she fully opens the door and skips into the room.

"Mom!" Copia says, surprised. Still looking like he's not sure if he's dreaming or not, "You're so...you're so young."

"Oh, shit, did I make this weird?" Sister replies.

"Ah." Copia dismissively grunts, waving off the idea, indicating it's okay with him if his mother wants to appear younger.

""You know, since I'm a ghost...and I came back from the grave...I'd come back in my prime" Sister offers as an explanation with a pleased giggle."

"And here you are!" Copia replies.

"Yeah...but I hear...you're not quite up for...prime time."

"Ah. Things around here are...okay. And I do remember what you told me, about living in the moment. And enjoying it...and. But that was easy to commit to when the moment was good! This moment is not good! This moment sucks!" Copia pauses.

"Well, not THIS moment." He continues, indicating the present and seeing his mother again with his hands.

"Sure" Sister says, sounding a bit disappointed.

"Things here in the Ministry are so...based on administration and paperwork and-and, and, and SHIT that I don't-that don't come natural to me. I don't have it in me. I really don't get any satisfaction from doing this things here in the Ministry that I have to do." Copia is clearly frustrated and seems to find it difficult to explain his feelings about it. This is likely the first chance he's had to have an honest talk to anyone about how he's been doing in his new role as Frater.

"You don't HAVE to do anything." Sister responds with a smile and confident tone as gentle background piano begins playing behind her speech, "There are lots of things in life you don't have to do. You can just sit around at home all day. I mean, that's fine."

Sister's facial expression indicates that she does not actually think that's fine.

"As long as you're fine with living an unstimulated gelatinous life where you don't know what happened to those days. That's all good."

Copia looks at his feet, perhaps in sadness, perhaps in shame, taking in his mother's words.

"My son," Sister says lovingly, "You're not bound by any vow. You're not destined to rot in this...family business. I just hope you can find it in your heart not to walk away from us when we have so much going on. We need you here. We want you here."

"Maybe I can do something else," Copia says, "After the campaign is done."

"Of course!" Sister responds, "You can walk toward anything your heart desires. Maybe you can even spend time with your brother."

"Do you think he would wanna...spend some time with me?"

"Oh..." Sister exhales, "I think...he is as curious about you as you are of him."

"Well I'll s-...I'll, I'll s-stick around, for awhile, an-and make sure that this ship is, you know, steaming ahead an-and reach it's port...safely and sound. Of course. Of course I'd do that, mom."

"Good," Sister says smiling proudly, "Might I be able to stay awhile, and be your captain's mate?"

"Are you kidding?!" Copia says excitedly, "That would be...delight! Of course! I would love that!"

"Good. So it's settled? You're going to stay until the end of the campaign?"

"Yes. Yes I am!" Copia says with more confidence and excitement than he began the conversation with.

"Fantastic!" Sister smiles as she starts moving towards the door, "Now get some sleep."

"I will! I will." Copia responds with determination, "Good night!"

Sister leaves the room as Copia settles back as comfortable as one might be on that settee (which does not look very comfortable at all)

Harp sounds play as the camera zooms in on Frater Copia's sleeping face and into a dream where we see Sister, still looking young, in a motorcycle helmet and jacket on a bike as the harp fades into the opening notes of Cenotaph.

The footage has transitioned to 35mm as the camera follows Sister riding her bike through the city as the song plays, looking like old family videos.

During the instrumental bridge, the footage transitions to animation in the old Hanna Barbara style, just like the animated videos for the songs off of the Seven Inches of Satanic Panic. Sister rides past a sing for Sunset Blvd and the Theme Building at the LAX airport to the parking lot of the KIA center where she sees a sparkling vision of the Intuit Dome in Inglewood appear with a sign saying "The Skeletour Ends Here Feb 23rd 2026"

Sister smiles and the camera zooms in through her eye and transitions to footage of the Nameless Ghouls from a Skeletour ritual. The camera cuts between the ghouls, Papa V, and the crowd as the song finishes and the video ends.
