Ghost granted Malmö Festivalen with a ritual on their Lilla Sydvenskan stage at 10pm on the Monday of the festival. Introducing the devilish ministry on their webpage, the festival said:

“Ghost has not, and does not intend to divulge, the names of its members. That knowledge would only unnecessarily distract the public from the essentials - the fact that Ghost was created to accompany the end of the world.

This with the help of music brought to them by an otherworldly being of hellish origin, the band explains.

The debut of ‘Opus Eponymous’ sound with at once diabolical and seductive tones with traits of the 70’s Black Widow and coven as well as the 80’s Angel Witch, Demon and Mercyful Fate and today’s The Devil’s Blood.” -Malmöfestivalen[1](via Microsoft Translate)
